About the role Get ready for an exciting opportunity to co-manage a dynamic team of Educators, where you’ll experience the perfect blend of support and leadership growth! You’ll lead a vibrant before and after-school program at a primary school, guiding children aged 5-12 through fun and enriching activities. With the backing of a dedicated state-specific office and the mentorship of regional managers who visit regularly, you’ll be empowered to shine in your role while developing your skills as a leader. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration Who are we looking for?
